Hello! I'm a 17 year old guy from Singapore studying in a polytechnic trying to be better. To be more specific: losing weight and to become more fit. Hopefully I get there (I must!)

Running more
2.5km running + 7.4km cycling.
I can sustain 3:30min/km in the first minute or so. Multiply that by 9, and I'm done. Now to train so that I can do that. Doesn't seem so hard after all. (or so I say)
