Did I even improve
I stopped the timer 5 times. But still, 13:52. If one day (probably tomorrow) I don't stop the timer but still get a crap timing, I'm fucking done. I can't even use the "you're almost there" excuse, let alone the "you're halfway there" or even "you're improving". Because I'M NOT EVEN IMPROVING BY A FUCKING MINUTE AFTER 2 FUCKING MONTHS.

How to demoralize yourself
1. Run the distance, and get 14min 03 seconds. And already feeling like I'm dying.
If this is the case, 40 seconds improvement in 50 days. It will take 3 months to reach 12 min.

Seemed like I finished a run in 12:47. Will do it again. If I really am able to do it again, its an achivement already.
